My approach

My field of expertise is particularly suited to people who are on an inner journey and wish to free themselves from conditioning by using mindfulness-based psychotherapeutic approaches.

The treatment of trauma and the support of the mourning process are areas in which I have gained a lot of experience and for which I have effective tools.

Trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), my posture is characteristic of the person-centered approach and of non-dual therapy.

I believe that everyone has the resources and answers within themselves to face the challenges that come their way; my role is to provide a safe framework in which the process of change can unfold.
